Integration Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive the extension of enterprise identity and access management services for Agentic AI workflows
• Prototype, design, and implement scalable security solutions using Python, Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and REST services
• Develop robust AI agent interaction protocols across development teams
• Maintain verifiable and compliant access management systems integrated with enterprise architectures
• Implement security mechanisms to enable safe and controlled Agentic AI workflow integrations

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP)
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or 4 years of additional experience to substitute for the degree)
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 2 years of work experience in SIGINT, IA, or IT domains

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and Spring Boot
• Experience designing and implementing REST services using JSON
• Familiarity with PKI encryption and authentication protocols
• Containerization and cloud infrastructure skills
• Linux environment and bash scripting proficiency
• Knowledge of Agentic workflow architectures, AI agents, and MCP servers
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as Pydantic, Crew.ai, or LangChain
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
