About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain API and integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management).
- Lead complex integration projects and establish architectural standards and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Implement and manage data integration processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Optimize solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability while troubleshooting issues.
- Manage relational database schemas, performance, and complex queries.
- Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews to ensure high quality.
- Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on integrations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Event Grid, Service Bus).
- Strong skills in .NET and middle-tier technologies.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, and web services.
- Proficiency in relational databases such as SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of API security protocols including OAuth and JWT.
- Experience implementing microservices architecture and designing integrations for them.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data lake technologies (Azure Data Lake, AWS Lake Formation, or Google BigQuery).
- Experience with non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of automated testing (Unit, Integration, and End-to-End).
- Experience with monitoring and logging application performance in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
