Integration Ops Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor integration platforms and applications across all environments and resolve incidents within SLAs
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve integration-related issues to minimize business downtime
• Provide technical support to end-users and stakeholders regarding integration processes
• Implement bug fixes, minor enhancements, UAT testing, and hyper-care support
• Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting
• Manage Ops Monitoring Dashboards and KPIs to ensure application performance
• Perform application upgrades and manage SSL certificates
• Collaborate with product vendors to troubleshoot platform issues or product bugs
• Participate in a flexible on-call and weekend support rotation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT or a related field
• 1+ years of experience with integration or related platforms
• Expertise in Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Function Apps, and API Management
• Strong knowledge of C# .NET for serverless architecture
• Microsoft AZ-900 certification
• Knowledge of integration mapping and data formats such as SOAP, XML, JSON, and Flat files
• Experience with Incident and Change Management using Service NOW or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Splunk or similar monitoring platforms
• Experience with CI/CD tools and code repositories like GitHub or Azure DevOps
• Understanding of Cloud concepts and network connectivity
• Experience with SQL queries, scripting, and Postman for automated test cases
• Knowledge of project and test management tools like Azure DevOps
