About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage integration timelines within Monday.com to ensure alignment across milestones
- Lead recurring integration meetings with internal departments and external partners
- Drive engagement and accountability across cross-functional workstreams including Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT
- Conduct operational discovery discussions to understand workflows, staffing, and systems
- Facilitate employee transition conversations regarding onboarding, payroll, and benefits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners to deliver a "white glove" onboarding experience
- Execute administrative tasks including ADP onboarding setup and employee data collection
- Monitor diligence workflows and implementation dependencies to maintain momentum
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, client onboarding, or integration/implementation roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
- Ability to travel domestically up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or private equity-backed environments
- Experience with CRM software
