Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage integration timelines within Monday.com to ensure alignment across milestones
• Lead recurring integration meetings with internal departments and external partners
• Drive engagement and accountability across cross-functional workstreams including Payroll, Finance, HR, and IT
• Conduct operational discovery discussions to understand workflows, staffing, and systems
• Facilitate employee transition conversations regarding onboarding, payroll, and benefits
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners to deliver a "white glove" onboarding experience
• Execute administrative tasks including ADP onboarding setup and employee data collection
• Monitor diligence workflows and implementation dependencies to maintain momentum

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, client onboarding, or integration/implementation roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com
• Ability to travel domestically up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or private equity-backed environments
• Experience with CRM software
