Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical integration of complex systems across hardware, software, payload, and embedded teams
• Map, track, and resolve technical dependencies and critical interfaces to prevent bottlenecks
• Translate complex technical requirements between engineering silos and business stakeholders
• Manage complex technical projects from conception to execution using V-model or agile processes
• Act as a strategic and operational counterpart to ensure cross-functional organizational structure

Requirements

• Strong background in Engineering, Technical Project Management, or a related deep-tech field
• Proven experience in defense, aviation, embedded systems, or hardware/payload integration
• Demonstrated ability to introduce structure and best practices into fast-moving environments
• Full professional fluency in both German and English
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience navigating rapid-growth environments or deep-tech startups
• Experience managing highly complex technical programs
