Integration Manager Nursing

Responsibilities

• Act as the central contact person for international trainees and international nursing specialists
• Support trainees and international nursing staff through various stages of training and recognition processes
• Coordinate communication with authorities, travel organization, arrival, social integration, and housing searches
• Work as a staff position for the Nursing Management (PDL)
• Participate in structural processes regarding recognition procedures
• Organize and conduct information and integration events
• Promote a respectful welcome culture

Requirements

• Completed training as a nursing specialist or a degree in social work
• Ideally experience in integration management
• Strong communicative, social, and intercultural competencies
• Organized, independent, and structured way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good English skills (written and spoken) are advantageous
• Driver's license is an advantage
