Integration Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain ELK stack solutions for log management, performance management, and analysis
• Customize and optimize configurations for Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana to meet project requirements
• Develop Logstash pipelines to filter, ingest, transform, and enrich log data
• Create and manage indices and mappings within Elasticsearch using Query DSL
• Utilize Python scripting for API integration, data processing, automation, and utility creation
• Generate reports and visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data collection, indexing, and visualization

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with ELK stack design (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments and cronjob scheduling
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or MariaDB
• Proficiency in data parsing formats including JSON, CSV, and XML
• Ability to develop optimized code with multi-thread implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Perl or Shell scripting
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana or Prometheus
• Understanding of containerized architectures such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Knowledge of ITIL and experience with ITSM tools
• In-depth understanding of Python scientific libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Scipy, etc.)
