Integration Manager - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery and integration of ICT and technical fit-out works
• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, security, and supporting disciplines
• Validate technical installations against design requirements and readiness criteria
• Support build-readiness, commissioning preparation, and handover activities
• Manage integration risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Support logistics planning, equipment delivery, and sequencing
• Provide regular status updates on progress and milestones
• Support change control and critical-path management
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration during delivery and commissioning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ELV systems integration
• Experience in data center or critical infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of BMS, EPMS, and intelligent building systems
• Proficiency in Modbus, BACnet, IP networking, and Windows server environments
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder communication skills
