Integration Management Office (IMO) Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of M&A integration programmes, ensuring successful execution against objectives and value creation targets
• Develop and maintain the overall integration programme plan, translating strategy into detailed workstream plans and milestones
• Establish and manage programme governance, including SteerCo reporting, executive updates, and decision logs
• Coordinate multiple cross-functional workstreams across People, Finance, IT, Legal, Risk, Commercial, and Ops
• Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks, issues, and dependencies (RAID management)
• Manage external integration consultants and advisory partners
• Monitor programme performance, reporting progress, budget, and benefits to executive stakeholders
• Develop and continuously improve integration playbooks, templates, and governance frameworks

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in program management, PMO, management consulting, corporate strategy, or M&A integration
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with executive stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of program management methodologies, governance, and PMO best practices
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across various functions without direct authority
• Excellent planning, organizational, and program management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with external consulting firms or integration advisors
