Integration Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead technically complex customer and partner integrations as the primary contact, guiding API-based implementation approaches
• Own the end-to-end API integration lifecycle, including onboarding, change management, versioning, and deprecation
• Define, promote, and govern API integration standards, patterns, and best practices
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence API roadmap priorities using integration insights and customer feedback
• Identify and manage integration risks, dependencies, and constraints proactively
• Own the resolution of complex integration issues and escalate where appropriate
• Build and maintain reusable onboarding assets, reference architectures, and integration playbooks
• Provide technical mentoring and guidance to peers and project teams

Requirements

• Strong experience in customer-facing technical integration or API-led roles within financial services or regulated environments
• Proven experience owning and supporting production, partner-facing APIs
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration concepts including REST APIs, authentication, authorization, data mapping, and rate limiting
• Experience with API lifecycle management, including versioning and backwards compatibility
• Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-related data concepts, structured data models, and metadata
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
