Integration Lead Architect

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end integration architecture for an Intelligent Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) platform.
• Define APIs, data contracts, canonical models, and event-driven workflows.
• Lead integrations with major ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.
• Manage integrations across banking APIs, email ingestion, EDI/XML feeds, and customer portals.
• Define structured data contracts between AI engines and core systems to enable automation.
• Establish integration monitoring frameworks, alerting, and reconciliation controls.
• Lead a team of integration engineers and collaborate with Product, AI, and ERP teams.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise integrations or system architecture.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Proficiency with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Experience with event-driven systems like Kafka or other messaging frameworks.
• Proven experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics).
• Background in SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, reconciliation logic, and exception handling.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and financial workflows.
• Experience with remittance and payment reconciliation systems.
• Knowledge of banking integrations and AI/ML-based automation workflows.
• Experience managing multi-entity or multi-brand financial systems.
