Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support submarine combat systems, payload integration, and future capability development initiatives.
• Lead systems engineering efforts, including chairing the Requirements, Architecture, and Design Working Group (RADWG).
• Perform subsystem integration, requirements analysis, and technical coordination for Navy tactical systems.
• Support system modernization efforts and engineering assessments for undersea warfare platforms.
• Coordinate with government and industry stakeholders to ensure technical integrity and fleet readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant Navy or DoD systems engineering experience.
• Experience supporting submarine combat systems, tactical systems, or undersea warfare programs.
• Proven experience with systems integration, requirements analysis, and configuration management.
• Familiarity with Agile development, SECDEVOPS processes, and requirements traceability tools like JIRA.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in fast-paced technical environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AN/BYG-1 combat systems or related subsystems.
• Experience supporting PMS 425, NUWC Newport, or submarine warfare programs.
• Prior experience working with General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, or Navy warfare centers.
• Prior Navy submarine operational or technical experience.
• Knowledge of SWFTS processes and coordination with government program offices.
