Responsibilities

  • Lead the resolution of SDK integration queries as the primary technical contact
  • Diagnose complex implementation issues by debugging client code and analyzing network requests
  • Collaborate with SDK Engineering and Product teams to report bugs and advocate for usability improvements
  • Provide technical demonstrations and feasibility assessments for diverse technology stacks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive SDK documentation, integration guides, and sample applications on GitHub
  • Build internal tools and automated workflows to validate client implementations
  • Utilize analytics and monitoring tools to detect emerging platform issues

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in SDK Integration, Developer Support, Solutions Engineering, or Mobile/Web Development
  • Deep understanding of Web technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS)
  • Proficiency in Mobile ecosystems (iOS/Swift, Android/Kotlin, or React Native/Flutter)
  • Expertise in debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, Xcode, Android Studio) and API testing (Postman, cURL)
  • Strong programming foundation in Python, Node.js, or Shell for automation
  • Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic, Datadog, or AWS)
  • Proficiency with Jira, GitHub/GitLab, and support tools like Zendesk or FreshDesk
