Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise integrations and APIs using SAP CPI on SAP BTP
• Develop and support MuleSoft-based integrations and APIs to ensure consistency across the enterprise landscape
• Partner with solution architects, business analysts, and application teams to translate business requirements into resilient integration solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments to ensure high availability
• Build and maintain integration solutions following best practices for security, scalability, monitoring, and governance
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration standards, reusable patterns, and technical documentation
• Apply AI-enabled tools and concepts to improve integration development, testing, and operations

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Integration Suite (CPI) on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
• Proven experience with iFlows, adapters, message mappings, error handling, and secure connectivity
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, including API-led connectivity, RESTful API design, and microservices
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting, XML/JSON transformations, Java, and object-oriented design principles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred) and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, development, and deployment)
• SAP BTP / SAP Integration Suite (CPI) certification
• MuleSoft Developer Certification (MCD Level 1 or higher)
• Experience integrating large-scale platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Salesforce
