Integration Engineer II - AI and Python Developer

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and ship reliable cloud-native applications and AI-augmented features within an agile engineering team.
• Develop and prototype AI use cases involving Generative AI, agentic AI, and multi-agent workflows.
• Evaluate and apply foundation models, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks including RAG and memory systems.
• Support MLOps, AI Ops, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD practices for AI solutions.
• Partner with data, engineering, and business teams to move AI solutions from experimentation to production.
• Promote responsible AI practices, including ethics, governance, and bias mitigation.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs and performance issues in development and production environments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on expertise in Python and ReactJS.
• 3+ years of full system lifecycle development experience.
• 1+ years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or advanced analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in ML fundamentals and model evaluation.
• 1+ years of experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and multi-modal AI.
• 2+ years in a client-facing development role or experience engaging with external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, Strands, or Crew AI.
• 1+ years of experience with vector databases, RAG, and tool/function calling.
• 1+ years of experience with Cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock (Azure or GCP is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to travel up to 50% based on client and project requirements.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with global Agile and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Industry-recognized cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, or GCP Professional Developer).
