Integration Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate, and Workday Studio
• Develop custom integrations utilizing Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Utilize XSLT for data transformation and mapping between systems
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Maintain detailed documentation for designs, configurations, and test plans
• Ensure integrations adhere to security, data privacy, and compliance standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer in an enterprise environment
• Proficiency in Workday tools: EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Expertise in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and API integrations
• Practical experience with XSLT, XML, and JSON
• Familiarity with Workday security models
• In-depth knowledge of HR or Financial business processes (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials)
• Strong analytical and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Integration Certifications (Workday Studio, Integrations, or Orchestrate)
• Experience with third-party payroll integrations (PICOF / PECI)
