Integration Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate, and Workday Studio
• Develop custom integrations utilizing Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) to support data exchange requirements
• Utilize XSLT for data transformation to ensure accurate mapping between systems
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and provide timely technical support
• Maintain detailed documentation including design specifications, configurations, and test plans
• Ensure all integrations adhere to security, data privacy, and compliance standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Workday Integration Developer in an enterprise environment
• Strong proficiency in Workday integration tools: EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
• Expertise in Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and API integrations
• Practical experience with data transformation technologies including XSLT, XML, and JSON
• Familiarity with Workday security models
• In-depth knowledge of HR or Financial business processes (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Financials)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Integration Certifications (e.g., Workday Studio, Workday Integrations, Orchestrate)
• Experience with third-party payroll integrations such as PICOF or PECI
