Integration Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and connectors to extract data from SaaS platforms (Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow) into the Snowflake data lake.
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for efficient data transformation and manipulation.
• Build and optimize data models within Snowflake to ensure high-performance querying.
• Orchestrate complex integrations across iPaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise data services.
• Ensure data privacy and security through masking, anonymization, and advanced encryption technologies.
• Build monitoring dashboards, automated testing, and alerts for pipeline operations.
• Collaborate with Senior Business Analysts and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in data integration, ETL/ELT development, and data warehousing.
• Expert-level SQL skills for complex querying, transformation, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud data warehousing.
• Demonstrated experience integrating enterprise SaaS applications such as Workday, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with ETL/data integration tools (e.g., Fivetran, Informatica, Talend, or Azure Data Factory).
• Experience with AWS Data Integration tools, including Managed Airflow and Lambda.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, such as dimensional modeling.
• Experience working in an Agile-based project environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
