Responsibilities

• Facilitate standard project management methodology for all implementations
• Lead kick-off calls and provide technical requirements review and deep dive analysis
• Consult with customers on API best practices and efficient setups
• Define and provide input on test plans for SIT and UT
• Conduct remote training sessions tailored to end users
• Manage weekly status meetings and log progress within Salesforce
• Provide post-implementation hypercare and prepare production cutoff plans
• Lead technical project management activities, including driving RAID
• Create, update, and distribute documentation on integration standards
• Configure the project44 platform to enable customers to reduce time to value

Requirements

• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in customer integrations, software systems delivery, or supply chain/logistics technology
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Proficiency with Postman, Kibana, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Github
• Knowledge of writing technical documentation and understanding customer use cases
• Ability to run system data analyses
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong sense of urgency
• Fluency in English (French, Spanish, or German is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TMS such as SAP LBN, OTM, or Blue Yonder
• EDI integration knowledge
• SaaS, RTTV, or Supply Chain project management experience
