About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead test integration on products
- Lead engineering testing, including design verification and qualification testing
- Prepare progress updates and reports for program leadership
- Provide oversight and leadership to team members to drive tasks to completion
- Manage setup and measurement experience in Near Field Probe and Range testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience with RF testing
- Experience with test hardware and software integration
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required on day 1
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading a project team
- Experience with collaboration and reporting to program leads
