Integration and Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, manufacture, and execute technical integration and test activities for Naval training ranges and seabed electronic/acoustic systems
• Create and execute test procedures ranging from individual circuit cards to full system integration
• Design and build custom test fixtures in collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing teams
• Manage integration and test artifacts, including test plans, procedures, verification matrices, and defect reports
• Provide real-time technical support for manufacturing and system integration
• Participate in structured problem-solving activities, such as Engineering Review Boards and Change Control Boards
• Perform field support and travel up to 30% as required

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a comparable discipline
• Experience testing circuit cards, electrical assemblies, and power products
• Experience working in high voltage environments
• Proficiency with a wide array of electrical test equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Cadence/Allegro or Xpedition)
• Experience with electrical design and simulation tools such as SPICE, MATLAB, or PTC Mathcad
• Experience with software programming and firmware design using AMD Vivado and Vitis
• Practical knowledge of project management and design team leadership
