Integration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Engage with external PSPs to conduct thorough analysis of technical requirements and integration protocols
• Develop detailed system designs, workflows, and technical specifications to meet business needs
• Create detailed API request/response mappings and Sequence Diagrams
• Coordinate with internal product and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions fulfill strategic and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and product teams to ensure successful system implementations
• Provide expert guidance to the development team throughout the build phase
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test cases and validating complex transaction flows
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system requirements and technical manuals
• Drive efficiency by identifying opportunities for system improvements and workflow optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Integration Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar capacity
• Extensive experience within the Fintech industry and working with APIs
• Proficiency in SQL and system modelling tools (e.g., UML/BPMN)
• Experience with documentation and workflow tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience working effectively in Agile/Scrum environments
• Advanced professional level of English

• Experience with various payment methods, crypto, card processing, and PCI DSS compliance
