Integrated Supply Chain Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure schedules, volume targets, and quality standards are met
• Manage and lead production teams, including staffing, training, performance management, and safety compliance
• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on demand forecasts and available resources
• Monitor and optimize production line performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, downtime, scrap, and on-time delivery
• Prepare production reports and communicate performance and improvement plans to senior leadership

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization
• Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and relevant software
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee)

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Continuous improvement mindset and passion for driving change
