About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of assigned improvement initiatives, including data gathering, documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Provide first-level support for operational and process escalations by performing initial analysis and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Track and maintain defined process metrics and performance indicators to identify gaps and support fact-based decision-making.
- Maintain and update supply chain work processes, SOPs, business rules, and knowledge repositories.
- Develop basic learning materials such as job aids and process guides to support training and adoption.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of processes and alignment within the Integrated Supply Chain.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, business operations, or business process improvement.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of supply chain processes and business operations.
- Basic understanding of order management and customer service processes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
- Experience with project management, knowledge management, or developing process documentation.
