Integrated Solutions Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop complex, tailored, multi-capability solutions aligned to market trends and client needs
• Lead technical delivery and resolve hands-on coding escalations in complex project environments
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships to drive long-term value and trusted advisor status
• Drive revenue growth through sales efforts, proposal development, and large-scale deal structuring
• Contribute to strategic planning and identify staffing needs through client insights and pursuit support

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven consulting experience with a focus on solution design and strategic leadership
• Expertise in driving technology strategy across software engineering, cloud operations, and enterprise security
• Demonstrated success in supporting large-scale sales pursuits, including SOW development and contract negotiation
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor consultants in delivery excellence
• Strong ability to navigate internal consulting structures to mobilize diverse capabilities
