Integrated Solution Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated solutioning for complex client problems by connecting strategy, technology, data, and AI to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Act as an accountable executive or pursuit lead for multi-capability client opportunities, ensuring alignment with Slalom’s pursuit and delivery standards.
• Interpret and connect Slalom’s diverse solution offerings, identifying overlaps and complementarities to solve high-value business challenges.
• Shape business-outcome-driven solutions by defining the "golden thread" from executive priorities to delivery approach and value realization.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams, bringing together industry perspectives, alliance partners, and delivery expertise to create scalable solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to clarify priorities and evaluate solution options.
• Navigate ambiguity to facilitate alignment among internal and client stakeholders around shared problem statements and solution directions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in multi-disciplinary consulting leadership, transformation, or business development.
• Proven experience in integrated solution design, connecting strategy, technology, data, AI, and operating models.
• Strong ability to interpret complex business problems and frame them into actionable, outcome-oriented solutions.
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to lead ambiguous conversations and align senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in both pursuit and delivery, including experience with proposals, SOW development, and delivery mobilization.
• Demonstrated ability in organizational navigation, team orchestration, and coaching/mentoring cross-functional teams.
