Integrated Risk Management Business/Project Analyst, Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Support governance, reporting, and enablement for the Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM) program
• Partner with global program and technical leads to collect and validate weekly project status updates
• Review project updates for accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with SDLC guidelines
• Facilitate weekly program status meetings, including material preparation and risk escalation
• Produce and distribute recurring weekly and monthly Archer IRM program status reports
• Support the development and publication of internal communications and training materials
• Administer and maintain the Archer IRM SharePoint site, including content organization and usage monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience supporting complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience producing program status reporting and executive-ready materials
• Proficiency with PowerPoint for creating executive presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, compliance, or internal controls
• Familiarity with Archer IRM or similar GRC platforms
• SharePoint site administration experience
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP)
