Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical advisor for the IP&S team in developing, integrating, and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Perform critical path analysis, what-if planning, and schedule risk assessments
• Integrate supplier and partner plans and schedules into the IMS to ensure collaborative operations
• Work closely with Integrated Product Team Leads to align IMS with key program plans, including IMP and Master Phasing Plans
• Provide actionable performance reporting and visibility to support program management decision-making
• Lead key program initiatives to improve execution and manage change integration teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project or Program management experience
• 3+ years of experience developing and integrating program-level master schedules
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience using Integrated Scheduling tools (e.g., Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, or Enterprise Project Management)
• Experience leading a team or a project
• U.S. Citizenship required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (Top Secret/SCI required post-start)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Proficiency with OPP scheduling tools
• Experience working with large data sets using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI
