Integrated Planning Lead

Responsibilities

• Interface and coordinate with Program Leadership Teams and functional customers to drive schedule alignment
• Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations to support strategic execution and decision-making
• Communicate schedule changes across multiple factories and manage exception messages
• Develop strategic mitigation plans in collaboration with Program and Material Program Managers
• Drive MRP health and data integrity while maintaining planned independent requirements
• Support compliance for DCMA and other scheduled audits
• Coordinate program line of balance and support customer-oriented briefings

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience in engineering, operations, analytics, or a similar field
• U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Proven success in supporting material planning and procurement issues
• Experience with Government and Depot type processes
• Strong ability to distill complex datasets into simple, actionable messages
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional leadership skills
