Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and produce weekly integrated schedules and metrics
• Coordinate task-level plans with Control Account Managers (CAMs) and integrators to resolve logic or resource conflicts
• Support change management activities and maintain integrated plans in accordance with industry standards
• Analyze and produce metrics related to program plans and performance variances
• Assist with risk assessments, mitigation planning, and refining business cases
• Communicate plan changes and recovery plans to ensure stakeholder commitment

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment, tooling, and resource requirements
• 1+ years of experience in integrated scheduling, change management, program planning, project management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Operations
• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Applications
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience in integrated scheduling or related project management fields
• Strong Excel skills
