Integrated Operations Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Define test and operational requirements and Concept of Operations (CONOPs) flow
• Plan, schedule, and conduct test and operations to meet program schedules
• Develop and execute plans and procedures for safe test and launch operations
• Lead gated readiness reviews and configure test stands, launch pads, and control centres
• Perform integration and checkout of test articles and flight vehicles
• Direct installation and configuration of test/flight articles and instrumentation
• Perform failure investigations and root cause analyses
• Support design, deployment, and maintenance of test equipment and infrastructure

Requirements

• Aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering degree
• 3+ years of experience in engineering design, test, or operations
• Ability to read and follow detailed schematics, drawings, and instructions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering design, test, or operations
• Experience with launch vehicles or spacecraft integration and mission operations
• Proficiency with CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks
• Experience with Java, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages
• Experience with LabVIEW and PLC development for data acquisition and realtime control
