Integrated Mission Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Community Services operations and mission partners
• Participate in strategic planning to ensure mission integration across church and community services
• Coordinate fundraising efforts, including the Kettle Campaign, food drives, and seasonal programs
• Direct and supervise staff, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee case management and ensure all operations meet contractual, legal, and accreditation requirements
• Manage data collection and prepare annual impact reports to communicate outcomes
• Support the development and monitoring of the annual budget and departmental expenses
• Represent the organization through community networking and partnership development

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma in Social Work, Leadership, Biblical Studies, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including managing direct reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing more than 40 pounds
• Ability to provide a satisfactory Police Security Clearance
• Willingness to complete Food Safe Level 1, CPR, First Aid, and WHMIS training
