Integrated Middle Office Specialist

Responsibilities

• Ensure Completeness, Accuracy, and Timeliness (CAT) for trade capture and lifecycle controls for investment banking derivatives.
• Manage daily exceptions for intersystem reconciliations at the transaction, position, and cash levels.
• Monitor and run CSAs for Special Purpose Entities (SPEs) and perform daily checks on collateral and cash held in SPVs.
• Execute process improvements regarding exception management and data quality for client submissions.
• Support project management activities, including impact analysis and tracking deliverables for IMO initiatives.
• Partner with sales and trading teams to facilitate new business initiatives and manage issue/action logs.

Requirements

• Strong background in Front-to-Back (F2B) controls.
• Proven expertise in operations controls and risk management frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and effective time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Structured products and Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
• Experience with Repo and Structured Financing transactions.
• Familiarity with collateral management processes.
• Experience in complex lifecycle management within an investment banking environment.
