Integrated Middle Office Specialist

Responsibilities

• Validate the completeness and accuracy of the trade population for EQ and FI Derivative transactions
• Manage lifecycle events by notifying, actioning, and validating accuracy and completeness
• Manage and escalate operational risk for controls run by onshore and offshore teams
• Participate in front-to-back operating committees, production calls, and offshoring forums
• Partner with the business to manage and facilitate new business initiatives
• Act as a subject matter expert for strategic change and transformation initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in EQ/FI Middle Office or a related function
• Experience with FX, Rates, and/or Equity Derivatives
• Business level proficiency in Japanese (both written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of risk and control environments with high attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate team members and influence stakeholders
