About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop a foundational understanding of media concepts like Impressions, GRPs, and Reach
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing media data to generate strategic insights
  • Support implementation and reporting of campaign performance across digital and traditional platforms
  • Track and monitor media KPIs for paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns
  • Contribute to campaign reporting by compiling data and drafting performance summaries
  • Assist in preparing media diaries and copy instructions
  • Coordinate media booking timelines and communicate material deadlines
  • Flag and support resolution of creative delivery issues
  • Ensure timely delivery of reports, updates, and media documentation

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in media planning or advertising, preferably in an agency
  • Proficiency with media research tools such as Nielsen Clear Decisions, AdQuest, or Global Web Index
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms
  • Experience with Google Ads and DoubleClick Bid Manager (DV360) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and presentations
  • Proactive mindset toward media and technology trends
