Responsibilities
- Lead and execute IMC campaigns across online and offline channels for the Japan market
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, consideration, conversion, and customer retention
- Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives including PR, social media, influencer/KOL marketing, paid media, CRM, retail, and e-commerce
- Work closely with creative/design teams to produce high-performing localized assets for digital ads, landing pages, Amazon, retail, and social platforms
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, CVR, ROAS, CAC, and organic growth
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in IMC, brand marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing
- Strong understanding of the Japanese consumer market and local media ecosystem
- Proven ability to drive measurable business outcomes through integrated campaigns
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
