Integrated Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Ideate, design, and execute the K:Service marketing customer journey across all channels
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Service GTM teams to position K:Service for both marketing and service buyers
• Lead campaign strategy and planning including high reach and performance-focused digital channels
• Optimize audience-specific messaging and positioning to create engagement at each stage of the funnel
• Partner with content and creative teams to refine the end-to-end customer journey
• Define and build measurement plans with the Analytics team to track success drivers and growth levers
• Gather and analyze campaign performance to report key findings and best practices
• Recommend content, creative assets, and landing page experiences to scale new customer acquisition

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in channel, performance, lifecycle, demand gen, revenue, or integrated campaign marketing
• Proven expertise building end-to-end customer journeys to drive leads through the funnel
• Foundational knowledge of performance marketing success metrics and KPI reporting
• Advanced analytics experience with ability to manage complex data sets
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Salesforce preferred
• Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and drive clarity across teams
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners, and timelines in a fast-paced environment
