Integrated Marketing & Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, including competitive analysis, content planning, storytelling, and performance reviews
• Develop compelling, locally relevant narratives that translate product strengths into trusted value propositions for Australian investors
• Partner with acquisition teams across paid media, SEM/SEO, social, KOLs, and communities to optimize conversion and efficiency
• Leverage data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive informed decision-making regarding attribution and anomaly detection
• Track global fintech and brokerage competitors to provide market insights for ongoing strategy

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing or growth with a track record of leading integrated campaigns
• Experience in fintech, brokerage, or financial services is highly preferred
• Sound understanding of the Australian market and local investor behavior
• Active personal investor in stocks, options, or ETFs (AU, US, or HK markets)
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in marketing scenarios
• Bachelor's degree or above and excellent English communication skills
