Integrated Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regional ad plans and coordinate media buying
• Serve as a public relations liaison and coordinate press requests
• Create, proofread, and distribute email campaigns and e-cards
• Monitor marketing budgets and accounting spend status
• Create and deliver show settlement materials including actuals and backup
• Implement pixel tracking for campaign conversions and configure activations
• Coordinate asset trafficking for digital media campaigns
• Manage ticket links, pre-sale passwords, and venue website accuracy
• Maintain relationships with partners, co-promoters, and media

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Experience calendaring events
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Photoshop
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong PR and social media skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the music industry
