Integrated Maintenance Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
• Analyze and optimize production processes
• Control area-specific indicators including quality, volume, and costs
• Conduct repairs on products and intervene in equipment within the assigned area
• Operate assigned equipment and ensure strict compliance with safety standards

Requirements

• 12th grade (Level IV) technical professional qualification in a relevant field
• Technical training in Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Industrial Maintenance
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic maintenance of industrial machines
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams
• Knowledge of production line operation and production flow

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic programming skills for FANUC robots
• Experience with SEW frequency inverters
• Experience with Universal Robots (collaborative robots)
• Expertise in fault diagnosis
