Integrated Logistics Support Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team for programs in both development and sustainment phases
• Lead proposal activities, including both cost and technical volumes, for ILS content
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide design influence for supportability early in the development cycle
• Partner with other engineering disciplines and Program Management to resolve logistics-related technical challenges
• Provide direct customer interface support and generate customer-level briefings
• Review program and customer requirements to identify additional opportunities for team support

Requirements

• Experience in Logistics Engineering disciplines
• Proven experience as a Proposal Lead or Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead
• Detailed knowledge of ILS concepts, including Logistics Support, Technical Manual/Training Material Development, Reliability/Maintainability, FRACA, and Safety/Human Factors Engineering
• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Depot standup, Technical Manual development, and Training Curriculum development
• Experience with Provisioning and Computer Based Training (CBT) development
• Certifications for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
• Active SECRET or TOP SECRET security clearance
