Serval is an AI-native automation platform transforming how enterprises operate. We build intelligent agents that understand real-world workflows and execute them end-to-end, backed by leading investors including Sequoia Capital and Redpoint Ventures.

Responsibilities

  • Decide which integrated campaigns to run and how they come to life
  • Own end-to-end execution for email, direct mail, landing pages, and webinars
  • Partner cross-functionally to orchestrate design, content, blogs, video, paid ads, and PR
  • Write repeatable campaign playbooks that scale across audiences and funnel stages
  • Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns to priority accounts and pipeline goals
  • Track performance rigorously across engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and revenue

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or ABM marketing
  • Experience selling to enterprise companies within high-growth startups or B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to concept, launch, and scale integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of measuring and optimizing performance
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguity within a lean, high-growth environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running webinars
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Unify, Instantly, Clay, or Framer
