Responsibilities
- Decide which integrated campaigns to run and how they come to life
- Own end-to-end execution for email, direct mail, landing pages, and webinars
- Partner cross-functionally to orchestrate design, content, blogs, video, paid ads, and PR
- Write repeatable campaign playbooks that scale across audiences and funnel stages
- Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns to priority accounts and pipeline goals
- Track performance rigorously across engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and revenue
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or ABM marketing
- Experience selling to enterprise companies within high-growth startups or B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to concept, launch, and scale integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of measuring and optimizing performance
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in ambiguity within a lean, high-growth environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience running webinars
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Unify, Instantly, Clay, or Framer
