Integrated Business Planning Manager IBP

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven demand management to balance market stocks with sales trends and supply availability.
• Coordinate demand planning by translating country business priorities into risk-adjusted supply requirements.
• Facilitate the Country S&OP process, including challenging business assumptions and guaranteeing data-backed decision-making.
• Monitor supply chain performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, stock levels, and supply service.
• Drive optimal stock profiling across country warehouses and networks in alignment with brand policy.
• Define and implement action plans to accomplish S&OP decisions and provide operational guidance to teams.
• Manage and lead demand planners to enhance operational efficiency and technical skills.
• Act as a liaison with Analytics, BI, and Master Data departments for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in supply chain planning with international exposure.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in S&OP or IBP processes.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in statistics, forecasting methods, and IS/IT tools.
• Proven analytical thinking and transversal leadership skills within a fast-paced matrix organization.
