We have established a strong presence across Phase I-IV studies in therapeutic areas including vaccine, neurology, dermatology, psychiatry, and general medicine.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for the clinical research site
- Provide a warm and friendly greeting to volunteers
- Answer questions and address volunteer concerns to ensure a pleasant experience
- Act as a relationship bridge between recruitment and clinic staff
- Ensure a positive volunteer experience from the initial phone call through the final trial visit
