Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the clinical site
- Provide a warm and friendly greeting to volunteers
- Answer questions and address volunteer concerns
- Act as a relationship bridge between recruitment and clinic staff
- Ensure a pleasant experience for volunteers from the first phone call to the last trial visit
