Intake Specialist

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and form submissions, conducting initial conversations and assessing lead quality
• Track all leads and ensure consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
• Transform qualified leads into scheduled attorney meetings and office visits
• Oversee payment plans and follow up on outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and statuses
• Participate in local community outreach and creative lead-generation activities
• Serve as the initial point of contact for walk-ins and provide front-desk support
• Assist attorneys and fill administrative gaps to ensure smooth office operations

Requirements

• Proven track record in converting leads and influencing client decisions
• Demonstrated ability to manage leads with attention to detail and persistence
• Excellent verbal skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele
• Strong skills in tracking tasks and maintaining detailed CRM records
• Keen ability to assess leads and know when to escalate to attorneys
• Ability to seamlessly handle diverse functions in sales, administration, and client interaction
• Comfort with a wide range of personalities and ability to stay calm and professional with difficult callers
