Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one consultations in person or via phone/video to assess immigration situations and close engagements
• Meet or exceed individual KPI targets including conversion rates, down payments, and case value
• Navigate pricing concerns and resistance using the firm's selling framework
• Maintain consistent, structured follow-up with all open leads via phone, text, or email
• Manage the full consultation-to-conversion workflow, including eligibility confirmation and contract delivery
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (Litify/Salesforce) and telephony platforms (Amazon Connect)
• Participate in weekly legal and sales training programs

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of quota-carrying consultative sales experience
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2-C1 level required)
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce/Litify preferred)
• Experience in legal intake, immigration, financial services, or insurance preferred
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon Connect or similar telephony platforms
• Proven ability to handle objections independently without manager escalation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
