Intake Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review emails and chats for new leads, file setups, and audits
• Organize contracts, termination letters, and photos on Dropbox
• Answer inbound calls and provide high-quality customer service
• Transfer calls to appropriate team members
• Set up Filevine projects for new clients
• Register comments, observations, and updates
• Follow up on assigned leads and clean up old leads
• Qualify potential clients through probing questions
• Complete the intake process for new clients to transfer to Pre-Litigation
• Complete clinic referrals based on client location
• Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings

Requirements

• Fully bilingual in English and Arabic
• Sales background
• Personal injury experience is a plus
• Possession of a PC or laptop with a recommended wired connection
• Noise-canceling headset and a quiet workspace
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts (US time)
