Intake Specialist

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to online inquiries from potential clients seeking legal assistance
• Conduct intakes by gathering key details about accidents and injuries
• Accurately enter client information and case details into the firm’s case management system
• Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure cases are reviewed and routed efficiently
• Provide compassionate and professional communication to clients during stressful times

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort speaking with clients over the phone and gathering sensitive information
• Ability to work onsite in Newton, MA

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in intake, customer service, call centers, or legal environments
