Intake Operator I

Responsibilities

• Receive and process Patch devices, including de-kitting and verification of patient information
• Upload data from devices to proprietary software tools
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, ISO 13485, Joint Commission, and OSHA standards
• Follow all Work Instructions, SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Maintain cleanliness of the Patch Intake room and work surfaces
• Identify and communicate safety, quality, or process concerns
• Participate in lean activities, 5S improvement, and small group problem-solving

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
• Capability for a high level of repetitive motion involving hands, arms, and wrists
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum three months of experience in a medical device, manufacturing, or regulatory environment
• Previous data entry experience
• Strong time management and organizational skills
